We also provide some basic spices including salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are guaranteed to be provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). No coffee or pods are provided and are not guaranteed.

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

You understand that swimming and use of Pool/Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. Ensure the pool and tub safety covers are secured and locked when not in use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. The choice to sleep in the the "bunk beds" will put guests at a potentially dangerous height should they fall. Exercise caution if you elect to sleep in the bunk beds. Climbing into the bunk beds or sleeping in the bunk beds is at your own risks. Guest will hold harmless hosts when using the bunk beds. By proceeding with this booking you agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you or members of your party may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against hosts and owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa, use of bunk beds.
