The five homes
Uptown Epic
Two side-by-side homes booked as one estate: 10 bedrooms and 8.5 baths total, hosting up to 25 guests. Each home has its own 20-foot heated pool and spa, its own game room, and outdoor dining, lounging and firepits, with red rock views from every angle. This is the Sedona booking for the multi-family trip or the reunion that will not fit in one house, 0.4 miles from Uptown.
Uptown Sparks
5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeping 13. A jumbo viewing deck with a dining table for the whole group, a 20-foot heated pool and hot tub, a decktop firepit, and a game room. Walk into town in under ten minutes.
Uptown Splash
Sparks’ neighbor: 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeping 12, with its own 20-foot heated pool and hot tub, viewing deck, game room, and a jumbo firepit for the evening. Same walk-to-Uptown location.
SkyLine Sedona
The view home: full-wall sliders facing the red rock skyline, a 30 by 15 foot heated pool with a spa and hammocks, two firepits, and a viewing deck built for stargazing. Every bedroom has a king bed. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 12, on a quieter street 1.3 miles from Uptown.
Starview Sedona
4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeping 12, with the biggest pool-to-house ratio in the collection: a 30 by 15 foot heated pool with a rolling safety cover, an 8-seat hot tub, a jumbo firepit and a game room. 0.6 miles from Uptown.
The house is half the trip
Sedona has never had a shortage of beautiful views. What it has always been short on is somewhere for a group to actually spend the afternoon once the hike is done. Most rentals here are view cabins: big windows at sunrise, quiet by two in the afternoon.
These homes were set up to fix exactly that. Every one has a private heated pool and spa for after the trail, and a game room for the evening. The result is a Sedona trip where the red rocks fill the morning and the house carries the rest of the day, which matters when your group spans kids, grandparents, and people with three different definitions of a holiday.
Staying near Uptown
Uptown is the walkable heart of Sedona: restaurants, galleries, coffee, and the trolley stops, with trailheads a few minutes away. Sparks, Splash and Epic sit about four tenths of a mile out, Starview just over half a mile, so dinner is a stroll rather than a drive and parking stops being your problem. SkyLine sits a little over a mile out, a three minute drive, with the trade-off of a quieter street.
Things to do in Sedona
- Trails from the north side: the Jordan Road trailhead at the top of Uptown feeds routes like Brins Mesa and Cibola Pass, so hikers in four of our five homes can start the day without moving the car. Note that parking at most Sedona trailheads requires a Red Rock Pass, sold at kiosks and visitor centers.
- Oak Creek Canyon and Slide Rock State Park: about 15 minutes north for swimming holes and canyon scenery
- Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village and the Chapel of the Holy Cross, both a short drive
- Airport Mesa: the classic sunset viewpoint over town
- Dark skies: Sedona is a certified International Dark Sky Community, so the stargazing from your own pool deck is real
- Grand Canyon South Rim: roughly two hours north for the classic day trip
Getting to Sedona
Most guests fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor and drive about two hours north; the last stretch up State Route 179 through the red rocks is the best airport transfer in America. Flagstaff sits about 45 minutes north of Sedona and works as the short-haul option, with the drive down Oak Creek Canyon as the reward. Once you are here, four of the five homes let you park the car and walk to dinner for the rest of the trip.

Yes. All five homes have heated pools, and Sedona’s elevation makes that matter: evenings run cool here even when the days are warm, so the heat is what turns the pool from a photo prop into the place your group actually ends the day.

How big a group can we bring?
Each home sleeps 12 to 13. For bigger groups, Uptown Epic pairs two side-by-side homes into one estate listed for up to 25 guests, with ten bedrooms between them.
When is the best time to visit Sedona?
Spring and fall are peak for hiking. Sedona sits at higher elevation than the desert cities, so summers are cooler than Phoenix or Palm Springs, and the pools earn their keep. Winters are mild with occasional dustings of snow on the red rocks, which photographers chase all year.
Do you charge booking fees?
No. Booking direct with us means the nightly rate, cleaning and taxes. There is no third-party service fee on top, which is typically 12 to 16 percent on the major listing sites.
