House Rules:
1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 10 PM to 8 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. Credit Cards will need to be placed on file upon arrival for any fines or damage.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. The house can hold up to 9 + cars.
4. No parties or events are allowed ( Ask Host for more information)
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book

9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by STAY Wandery for insurance purposes
