Hotel Rules

5. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by your host for insurance purposes. This is a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner, and
· By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

Additionally, any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up

Other additional information
Pets: Only Dogs are allowed.
3 dogs max unless approved by management.
Cost: first two pets are FREE. After that for one more pet it is $300.
Service dogs are allowed at no additional charge. Only one service dog allowed per reservation.
City of Palm Springs requires the main guest to be a minimum of 25 years old.

**Mail and Package Deliveries

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.

Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

**Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:

• 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
• 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in.
• No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.
